I am a certified High Performance Coach and Happiness Trainer. I combine my many years of experience as a leader in the private sector with sound coaching and training methods to enable people to develop their strengths and potential ("to go beyond") and to lead a healthy, happy and fulfilled life. I support companies in an ever-faster-changing environment to successfully position themselves for the future in order to remain attractive and competitive.

Before starting my own business, I worked for over twenty years in various management and HR consulting functions. During this time I was able to gain experience in various industries both in Switzerland and abroad, in SMEs as well as in international corporations, and was active across the entire spectrum of strategic and operational HR management including leadership and organisational development.

I have a wide range of interests and love to learn and develop myself further. I immerse myself enthusiastically in books, research reports, podcasts, further education, etc. on a wide variety of topics, but especially on topics such as Working World 4.0, Positive Leadership, Neuropsychology, Mindfulness, Lifelong Learning, Digitalisation, Change Management, Agility and Well-being.

I have always been particularly fascinated by future trends and topics – I am interested in understanding what these mean for us humans, what potential they bring with them and how we can implement them profitably for all of us. In all this, the human being and his or her well-being is always at the forefront of my attention. Because we can only be successful if we are well, healthy and happy.
